How can we help?
The most common questions about Dozed, answered simply.
- How does Dozed predict the next nap?
- It looks at your baby’s own recent sleep — the last wake time, their typical wake window, recent trends and how long the previous nap lasted — and shows the next likely window. Tap “Why this time?” in the app to see exactly what went into it.
- What do I need to log?
- Just when your baby falls asleep and when they wake up. You can also add a past sleep if you forgot to log it at the time, and edit times afterwards.
- How long does it take to learn my baby’s rhythm?
- Predictions become more personal as more completed sleeps are logged. The confidence label on each prediction shows how sure the app is.
- Can my partner or other caregivers use Dozed too?
- Yes. Invite caregivers from More → Caregivers. Everyone connected sees the same sleep log, predictions and updates, and each entry shows who logged it.
- Is Dozed free?
- Yes. During the early-access pilot, every feature is free — sleep tracking, personalized predictions, Insights, Ask Dozed and caregiver sharing. We’re building Dozed together with our first families; paid plans may be introduced in the future.
- Is Dozed medical advice?
- Dozed provides sleep guidance and is not a substitute for medical advice. If you are worried about your baby’s sleep or health, please talk to a healthcare professional.
